  • WHAT IS GPL?

    GPL is the abbreviated version of “General Public License.” WordPress is open-source software released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). It was created by forking another GPL-licensed project; almost all the top plugin, theme, add-on, and extension developers follow GPL. At GPLWizards, we provide files that are fully licensed under the GNU GPL, just like WordPress.

  • WILL YOU PROVIDE LICENSE KEYS?

    We do not provide, lease, release, or resell license keys. All the products offered on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You do not need license keys to use your projects, regardless of how many products need. License keys are only required if you want to receive automatic updates and support from the author of a plugin or theme.

  • ARE YOU THE DEVELOPER OF THESE FILES?

    GPLWizards is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, nor is in any way related to third-party developers, including WordPress, WooCommerce, WooThemes, Elegant Themes, Rocketgenius Inc., GravityForms, iThemes, OnTheGoSystems, AppThemes, etc.

  • HOW MANY SITES CAN I USE THE FILES ON?

    As many as you like. Seriously, there are no catches. The plugins and themes are GPL-licensed, and you can use them as often as you need to, on however many sites you choose. Have a friend who’s building a website? Share our plugins and themes with them, too.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE UPDATES?

    Yes. As soon as we are notified about an update, we update it on our site.

  • CAN I KEEP THE FILES AFTER MY PLAN ENDS?

    Of course. Under a GPL license, you are free to keep them if you want. Please be aware that you will need an active subscription with us if you want to access any future updates.

  • HOW CAN YOU OFFER AT SUCH LOW PRICES?

    All WordPress items, such as plugins and themes, are licensed under a General Public License (GPL). This means that once we have purchased an item, we are free to redistribute it if we choose to do so.

  • HOW CAN I HIDE THE LICENSE REMINDERS?

    Consider hiding the license activation reminders through a plugin like “Disable admin notices individually” This is a free plugin that is very popular in the WordPress community. Make sure to check the official documentation for more information!

  • WHY ARE SOME FILES ASKING FOR LICENCE?

    You can ignore these requests. Developers include these keys to be able to automatically update their plugin or theme and allow you to register for support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without entering a license key. We recommend updating your themes and plugins manually as updates become available on our website.

  • ARE THE FILES AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED?

    The items don't come with license/purchase code. You have to download the updated versions on our site again for the updates.

  • IS MY MEMBERSHIP PLAN RECURRING

    No, your purchases won't be recurring automatically which means you can control what you pay on our site.

  • WHAT IF I FIND A VIRUS IN YOUR FILES?

  • HOW ARE MY DOWNLOADS RESET?

    Your credits will be reset every 24 hours at the time you purchase the plan.

  • WILL MY UNUSED CREDITS BE ACCUMULATED?

    unfortunately your credits will not be accumulated.

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I AM BANNED?

    Absolutely nothing. There are no second chances. If you believe you have been banned unjustly, you may contact us via via our Contact Form. Do not attempt to create another account. Please be ready to provide corroborating evidence that proves you have been unjustly banned.

  • WHY WAS MY PRIVATE MESSAGING ABILITY REMOVED?

    If you find you are unable to send or receive private messages and you did not disable it yourself, your permissions were likely revoked as a result of sending unsolicited support PMs or advertising (the most common being the former). Sending a PM asking for support, without the express request of the recipient, is considered sending an unsolicited support request. Doing so is a violation of our guidelines and will result in your PM ability being permanently revoked.

  • CAN MY WARNING POINT(S) BE REMOVED?

    Unless an appeal has been approved by a Moderator or Administrator, the warning (and any associated points) are will remain on your account indefinitely. It is an extremely rare occurrence that we feel compelled to reverse a warning and/or remove infraction points.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SEE A POST OR TOPIC THAT IS VIOLATING THE GUIDELINES??

    Under no circumstances should you ever attempt to "mini-mod". Actions considered to be mini-modding are:

    • Calling out" the user
    • Publicly stating that the post or topic is in violation of the guidelines
    • Citing the guidelines to embarrass or annoy the user
    • Sending the user a harassing Private Message or profile post
    • Simply report the post, reference the rule being violated (if applicable), and let it alone.
  • WHEN SHOULD I PM A STAFF MEMBER?

    unless requested, you should only PM a Staff member when:

    • Wish to discuss a warning or suspension issued against your account
    • Need to create secondary accounts for family / spouses
    • Do NOT send Staff PMs for support, complaints about other members, to report a file broken, or anything that can be handled through the appropriate systems and channels.
  • AM I ALLOWED TO SHARE MY ACCOUNT WITH OTHER PEOPLE, OR HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT?

    No! While we cannot prevent you from sharing your account with other users, we will ban your account if we detect that you are. Any violations committed by individuals using your account is still your responsibility. If you are in need of another account for family or spouses living under the same roof, you may contact a Senior Moderator or Administrator.

  • WHAT RESTRICTIONS DOES THE FREE ACCESS PLAN HAVE?

    If you would like to change the following restrictions described below, consider upgrading your existing account starting from $6.50/month
